Dr. Erin Sheppard
Optometrist, B. Sc., OD.
Dr. Sheppard grew up in Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia and has been practicing since 2003 after graduating from the Doctor of Optometry program at the University of Waterloo. After working in HRM as a new grad, followed by several years in Bridgewater, Liverpool and Cole Harbour, Dr. Sheppard was thrilled to join the team at Bedford Eye Care in 2012 where she became an owner doctor later that same year.
Dr. Sheppard has been very active in her optometric professional organizations including the Nova Scotia Association of Optometrists where she filled all levels of the Executive Committee including President from 2012-2013. She is currently serving on the Board of the Nova Scotia College of Optometrists.
